A unique Art Nouveau decor
Our
restaurant, Majorelle, is a real jewel. Entirely designed by the great
architect Louis Marjorelle (founder of the School of Nancy) in the late
nineteenth century, it is fully lined with wood on which are inscribed the Art
Nouveau motifs (volutes ceilings, carved wood flowers... )
These
exceptional wood mingle with large marble columns and graceful rounded mirrors create
an atmosphere of incomparable charm, suspended in time.
A
fixed menu and a nice card valorising largely the products of the region are
offered every day. Our chef has a motto: "cooking simple, good and
affordable." A motto that we share because it is true that cooking is not
easy Lourdes as the clientele is diverse. The world comes to Lourdes and each
brings its own culture and culinary habits, which must be respected while
France and discover this beautiful region of Western Pyrenees, infused both the
influences of the Great South West which it belongs, as well as the Basque
Country and Spain nearby.
